I was born in 1969.

I work for TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION as a exterior styling designer from April '92. From September '97 to September '98, I study computer animation at USC (University of Southern California), School of Cinema Television, Film Video and Computer Animation Program.

Today, in the car industry, especialy in the design and styling field, computer graphics is becoming more and more essential. Because computer graphics works effectively to link designers' imagination to actual products, and sometimes to customers or society. I believe USC Cinema TV is the best school to study computer animation. I realiy appreciate I can study here, and thank everyone who helped me to come here (great bosses, teachers (Chukyo University, Matsusaka University, Chiba University and English teachers), friends, my family and my wife's family) and help me here (great teachers, friends, Calty Design, my wife Satomi and my new daughter Reina).

I graduate Chiba University in March '92. My major was industrial design. I was particularly interested in study of relationship between material and design, including FEM (Finite Elements Method). I made a bicycle that had PPSS (Plastic Plate Steering System). Its basic concept is anti-high-stiffness, that means a fusion of functions (suspension and steering).

I love inline-sk8ing very much. Streets, hockey and also teaching sk8. I am IISA (International In-line Skate Association) certified instructor. Finally I found friends who play roller-hockey together in Santa Monica.
